Mongolian Wrestling
Mongolian wrestling (Bökh) is considered one of the three traditional "manly skills" along with archery and horse-riding. Bökh has a long history as both a sport and as a means of combat training.
Visitors can see demonstrations of Mongolian wrestling in both Mongolia and Inner Mongolia in China.
Many wrestlers from Mongolia have gone on to have successful careers as sumo wrestlers in Japan. Sumo and Bökh have simularities in both style and traditions.
