You will be guided to Ozone’s Private Dining Room of which you will get exclusive access for the evening; your loved one will be handed a bouquet of 99 roses and together you will enjoy a customized eight-course menu carefully crafted by our culinary team. The romance does not end there as the package includes an overnight stay in one of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong's extravagant rooms.

Italian food is a pure expression of love, and Chef Angelo Agliano has passionately created some epicurean delights to celebrate this Valentine’s Day. Tosca di Angelo is presenting a five- and eight-course menu (depending on your dinner seating) both with the option to include caviar. Highlights on the menu include Seared Langoustine with Daikon Velouté and Kaluga Caviar, and Roasted Iberian Pork Chop with Herbs, Radicchio, Spring Onion and Aged Balsamic.
