This 90-minute treatment is priced at HK$2,200, and is available until the end of April.
For guests who are looking for an indulgent retreat, add HK$600 for a 30-minute exclusive Ginseng Body Scrub treatment, a Fabulous Hands Travel Set by Margaret Dabbs London including hand wash, hand scrub, hand lotion and hand sanitizer, and a HK$500 voucher for selected spa treatments (to be redeemed before April 30, 2020).
Well-being Menu at Tin Lung Heen
Chinese food therapy is all about balancing qi and restoring organ functions by eating the right foods based on their medicinal properties. Paul Lau, Chef de Cuisine of Michelin two-starred Tin Lung Heen, has specially crafted a 6-course Well-Being Menu. Highlights include Marinated abalone, razor clam with Chinese yam in soy sauce, a luxurious dish which nourishes the spleen, lungs and kidneys; Double-boiled sea conch soup with cordyceps and dried fig is packed with anti-oxidants, and is known to prevent coronary heart disease and stimulate metabolism.
To end the meal on a sweet note, Chef Lau has prepared Double-boiled Chinese pear with honey, lotus seed and red date, an elegant dessert that moisturizes the skin and soothes the lungs Well-being Menu is priced at HK$988 per person, and is available at lunch and dinner at Tin Lung Heen from March 9 onwards. Cooking Class for Health-conscious Families
We believe good eating habits are formed in the early years. Our culinary experts at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong have carefully designed an inspiring and interactive one-on-one family cooking class with a focus on balanced eating and healthy ingredients, followed by a mindfulness eating session guided by our talented chef. Little chefs will have the chance to learn tried-and-tested healthy recipes including Barley and mushroom risotto and Yellow bell pepper soup flavored with ginger and thyme. They are also invited to unleash their creativity and try their hands at decorating healthy muffins made with oatmeal and carrots, bringing home delicious treats, amazing recipes and knowledge about food and cooking, and plenty of joyful, lasting memories. This cooking class is priced at HK$650 per participant.
Parents / guardians are welcome to monitor the class, or simply unwind at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Hong Kong and enjoy the Ultimate Immunity Booster treatment at a special price of HK$1,500 per person. We highly recommend the caffeine-free Turmeric Latte packed full of vitamins A and B, while the Magenta Smoothie, fortified with fiber, iron, manganese and probiotics, is as nutritious as it is colorful.
