Gift a private oyster shucking class at Osteria Marzia ($1500 for two inclusive of free-flow bubbles); let the budding bartender in your life master the classic cocktails with a private, hands-on lesson at Carbone ($2000 for two inclusive of three hours of snacks and of course, the cocktails); or for the Italophile who has not been able to travel, give them a taste of Tuscany with a masterclass in pasta-making with the chef at Associazione Chianti, inclusive of antipasti, a bottle of wine and your very own handmade pasta ($2000 for two). 

For those who like to be pampered, there are the Dining Experiences, Chef-selected menus of signature dishes (that can be tweaked for dietary restrictions) which offer the quintessential experience of each restaurant. For an unhurried taverna supper under the stars, gift someone a date night at Artemis & Apollo ($1200 for two inclusive of a bottle of wine), or really push the boat out with a MICHELIN-starred dining experience at New Punjab Club ($2500 for two), there is a menu for every taste.

For both of these options, the recipient is not shown the price of the gift, and each gift card comes smartly presented with a description of the experience they will receive. For corporates or die-hard Black Sheep Restaurants fans, there are also stored value cards which can be pre-loaded with anywhere from $500 up to $5000.

These can be used across all Black Sheep Restaurants establishments, from a coffee at Stazione Novella to a lavish supper at Crown Super Deluxe for up to a year from purchase and can be topped up any time (online or in-restaurant).
