Prosperity Toss with Sesame Crusted Salmon To celebrate the Lunar New Year and wish everyone a prosperous 2021, HABITŪ has once again launched its popular Prosperity Toss with Sesame Crusted Salmon. A festive dish originating in Singapore and Malaysia, the name refers to "tossing up good fortune", and is very popular among Hong Kong people. Inspired by the traditional recipe, HABITŪ prepares the dish with premium Norwegian salmon, as well as a colourful platter of natural and healthy ingredients, with a sesame plum dressing for a rich taste. Besides offering shopping rewards, ELEMENTS is taking inspiration from blooming florals this Lunar New Year to proudly present its "Flourishing New Year" floral installation from 26 January to 28 February 2021, adding a blooming festive touch to the Metal Zone and wishing everyone a flourishing new year!

Featuring an enormous lantern 7m high with a see-through design, this spectacular floral installation allows customers to admire the dozen three-dimensional peonies that are beautifully arranged inside the lantern. Representing a harmonious combination of Chinese and Western aesthetics, the three-dimensional peonies are embellished by coins knitted with floral elements to wish all shoppers a prosperous and wealthy new year.

The installation also features Chinese drums for a traditional festive touch.
