| Paul Lafayet Celebrates an Ox-cellent Lunar New Year |
Paul Lafayet welcomes an Ox-cellent Lunar New Year with the new Paul Lafayet Golden Ox Gift Box 2021 specially designed to be enjoyed with family and friends. The Paul Lafayet Golden Ox Gift Box 2021 comes in three-tier includes an all-new hybrid dessert layer of 12 “Cookirons” created by the founder Mr. Toni Younes.
It is an 'industry first' combining the two all-time favourites, a base of chocolate cookie topped with the brand’s famous macaron, over a generous swirl of Madagascar vanilla cream ganache.
The second tier comes with 36 pieces of the premium confectionery selection including Weiss Mixed Napolitains (milk and dark), Hazelnut Milk Pralines and Pistachio & Almond Nougat, all from France.
On the bottom layer is the Special Fine Bone China Porcelain Dish Ox Collector Edition, designed by talented French illustrator Emilie Sarnel.
Known for her fun and bold style, Sarnel embellishes the gold-rimmed plate with artwork of a gilded cow with a flowery meadow.
This same iconic image also adorns the hexagonal Gift Box, which is decorated on the outside with colourful mountains set against a backdrop of striking yellow and opens up to reveal a festive red inner with gold details.
The Golden Ox symbolising wealth, peace and fortune and a glowing gold and the rosy red interior outlined by Alpine scenery to brighten up the festive vibe - with layers of delectable blessings. It is paying homage to the Chinese New Year tradition.
Paul Lafayet Golden Ox Gift Box is available at the brand’s seven Hong Kong patisseries at IFC Mall, K11, APM, Metroplaza, Times Square, Harbour City and New Town Plaza 1.
Golden Ox Gift Box 2021
The Golden Ox Gift Box 2021 is available for reservation starting from 12th January (pick-ups are available from 25th January).This artistic box is priced at HKD 688 with a special Early Bird Promotion at HKD 488 from 12th – 31st January along with a pack of 10 red packets while stocks last.
